The problem
The clinic ran on spreadsheets and instinct. Nobody could see today's bookings, empty slots or this week's numbers without asking three different people, and cancellations simply became lost revenue.
What we built
We built a custom dashboard with live bookings, a waitlist that offers freed-up slots to waiting patients automatically, staff tasks and daily revenue on one screen. Managers now see a slow day in the morning, not in next month's report.
How it works
