§ 01
Agreeing to these terms
By using the site or our services you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use them.
These terms form an agreement between you and encnt, an AI automation studio based at White Swan Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl, Dubai, UAE (“encnt”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use encnt.com, try one of our demos, keep a practitioner page on our platform, or hire us for project work.
If you accept them on behalf of a company or clinic, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” then means that organisation as well as you.
§ 02
Using the website
Use it to learn about us and get in touch. Don't try to break it, copy it or misuse it.
You're welcome to browse, share links and contact us. You agree not to:
- try to access the admin area, another person's account or any part of our systems you haven't been given access to;
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the site, including our case studies and automation catalogue;
- send automated traffic to the voice agent or chat assistants, or use them to generate content in bulk;
- try to make an assistant reveal its instructions or produce harmful, unlawful or misleading content;
- upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with how the site works for others.
If you think you've found a security issue, please email privacy@encnt.com rather than testing it further. We're grateful for responsible reports.
§ 03
Demos and AI output
Our demos are there to show what's possible. They can make mistakes and aren't advice of any kind.
The voice agent, chat assistants and sample workflows on the site are for evaluation. Their replies are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Nothing an assistant says is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it isn't an offer or commitment from encnt.
Please don't enter real patient details, identity documents or payment information into a demo. Demo availability, languages and behaviour can change, and we may pause a demo at any time.
§ 05
Client projects
Paid work is set out in a written proposal. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.
Before we start paid work, we send a proposal or statement of work describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and any third-party costs. The project begins once you accept it in writing.
These terms apply to every project. Where a signed proposal, master services agreement or data processing agreement says something different, that document takes priority for that project.
Changes in scope are agreed in writing, usually by email, along with any effect on cost or timing. Time estimates are given in good faith, but they depend on you providing access, information and decisions when we need them.
§ 06
Fees and payment
You pay what your proposal says, when it says. Usage-based costs from tools like telephony are billed separately.
Unless your proposal says otherwise:
- invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date;
- fees are quoted in the currency shown on the proposal and exclude VAT, which we add where it applies;
- usage-based costs such as call minutes, phone numbers, AI model usage and software subscriptions are either billed to your own accounts or passed through to you at cost, as set out in the proposal;
- monthly support or retainer plans renew each month until either side gives 30 days' written notice.
If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may pause work and running automations after giving you written notice and a reasonable chance to pay.
§ 07
Your responsibilities
You make sure you're allowed to use the data and phone numbers you give us, and you keep a human in charge of clinical decisions.
When we build or run something for you, you agree to:
- give us accurate information and the access we reasonably need;
- have a lawful basis for any personal data you share with us or route through an automation, including patient data;
- obtain any consents needed for automated calls, messages and call recordings in the places you operate, and honour opt-outs;
- review scripts, prompts and workflows before they go live, and keep qualified staff responsible for clinical, legal and financial decisions;
- keep your own login details safe and tell us promptly if they are compromised.
§ 08
Practitioner pages
If we host your page, its content is yours and so is the responsibility for it.
If we host a profile page for you at an address on encnt.com, you remain responsible for what it says. That includes your qualifications, registrations, pricing, testimonials and any claims about outcomes. They must be accurate and allowed under the rules of your profession.
You give us permission to store, display and format that content so we can run the page. We may remove content, or take a page offline, if we reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights. Where possible we'll tell you first.
§ 09
Who owns what
You own what we build specifically for you once it's paid for. We keep our own tools and know-how.
The website, its design, copy, code and the encnt name belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission.
On client projects, once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, such as your custom workflows, prompts, scripts, configurations and documentation.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries and general know-how, including improvements to them made during your project. Where any of these are built into your deliverables, we give you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of those deliverables.
Your data stays yours. We don't use it for anything other than your project, and we don't use it to train AI models for anyone else. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
§ 10
Third-party services
Our work relies on other companies' platforms. We choose them carefully but can't control them.
Automations connect to services we don't own, such as telephony carriers, AI model providers, CRMs and calendar tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes or discontinued features, but we will help you work around them where we reasonably can.
§ 11
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project. This doesn't apply to information that is already public, was already known to the receiving side, or must be disclosed by law. We may mention you as a client, or describe the results of our work, only with your permission.
§ 12
Disclaimers
We stand behind our work, but software and AI can fail. We don't promise perfection.
We carry out project work with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects in our deliverables that you report within 30 days of handover at no extra charge.
Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the website, demos and services are provided “as is”. We don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific saving, booking rate or revenue figure will be achieved. Results shown in case studies reflect particular clients and aren't a promise of yours.
§ 13
Limits on liability
If something goes wrong, our liability is capped. Some things can never be excluded, and we don't try to.
To the extent the law allows:
- neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
- our total liability under a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim arose;
- if you use only the website or a demo, our total liability to you is limited to AED 500.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
§ 14
Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we face because of a third-party claim arising from content or data you supplied, your breach of these terms, or your use of an automation in a way that breaks the law, for example calling people without the consent required where they live.
§ 15
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close access to the site, a demo, an account or a hosted page if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we need to in order to protect other users or comply with the law.
Either side may end a project as described in its proposal. When work ends, you pay for work done up to that date, and we hand over your deliverables and data in a usable format and remove our access to your systems. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, confidentiality, liability and governing law, continue to apply.
§ 16
Governing law and disputes
UAE law applies, and the Dubai courts decide disputes. We'd always rather talk it through first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If a dispute comes up, we each agree to try to resolve it in good faith for 30 days before taking formal action. If that doesn't work, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
§ 17
General
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top show which one applies. Changes don't affect a signed proposal until you agree to them.
- Whole agreement. These terms, together with any proposal and agreement we sign with you, are the entire agreement between us about their subject.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of our business.
- Language. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
§ 18

Our social media accounts
Our posts and replies on Facebook, Instagram and Threads are general information, and some replies are drafted with AI.
encnt publishes posts about business automation on Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Automations shown as examples are designs we could build, not guaranteed results, unless a post says they come from a delivered project. Figures such as time saved are typical estimates and will differ for your business.
When you comment on our posts or message us, the reply may be drafted with the help of AI and sent automatically. If you comment a keyword to ask for more information, we may send you one private message with it. Replies are general information, not professional advice or a binding offer; any work we do for you is agreed in a written proposal. You can ask to talk to a person at any time, and you can stop messages by replying "stop".
Your use of those platforms is also covered by Meta's own terms. How we handle your comments and messages is explained in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete them by following our data deletion instructions.
