The problem

The team copied the same data between five tools, rebuilt the same report every Monday, and spent the week chasing status updates instead of doing the work.

What we built

We connected the tools so a change in one updates the others. The Monday report is assembled automatically and posted in the team channel before anyone starts work, and status is visible live instead of being asked for.

How it works
