Physician executive with deep experience in musculoskeletal care, ambulatory surgery, and clinical operations, focused on improving quality, access, and value in specialty care delivery. After 17 years as a high-volume hip and knee surgeon, I transitioned into physician leadership to drive system-level impact — aligning physicians, reducing unnecessary variation, and translating value-based care principles into day-to-day clinical operations.
